Which branch is interesting
Previously i worked in icu for 3 yrs as duty doctor…i got intrested in seeing pts
Now im getting MD pathology and MD psychiatry
As pathology is close to medicine can i choose it but it lacks direct interaction with pts
Or
I have to join psychiatry which is clinical branch but it doesnt have normal pts like general medicine
I got vex from my preparation in pg,i lost my confidence now

Diploma in aneasthesia is a good one than these two above branches
Yeah. DA and MD anaesthesia are almost same.
After my completion of MD can i do diploma course in anesthesia
DA is not master degree…i want some master degree to be safe in future so that i can join in government sector
If possible i will do DA after my MD in other branch …can i do DA after any MD of other branch
No u can’t change ur branch once taken…or else everyone would have got into 2 or 3 specialization…u can be specialist of Oly one bray
MD Path,you can’t see patients.
MD Psych is totally different.
If doing other degree is your final opinion,go for a dept where you have lot of free time to study.
Can i give an attempt…i can secure rank below 20,000 so that i can join in general medicine in deemed universities for 25 lakh per annum fees
I can pay up to 90 lakhs
But thing is i lost my confidence,i dont know when i regain it

Deemed u don’t get medicine seat for 25per annum ,deemed good medicine seats get over for around 13k rank itself
Yes ,then your rank is a determining factor ,if you’re ready to go anywhere in India for a GMEDseat ,then plz do research ,next year don’t know who will be incharge of conducting deemed seats counselling
Hey,if you are willing to join in MQ,then the best advice is,
Don’t take anything,arrange everything well and prepare for November.

evryone will have the tough period in lyf stay strong god will support u nevr compromise for a branch it means to be rest of ure lyf strive for it and achieve it for sure u will get ure general medicine if u give anither attempt

If you can afford MQ seat,take a chance.
Why take the pain by going into these pathology and psych if you are not interested in them.
36 to 20 isn’t a big deal.
Trust me,even if you can’t get medicine in deemed next year,you will get MD Anesthesiology in private colleges@ lesser fee.
After that you can do fellowship in critical care.
I said anaesthesia bcos,you must be prepared for worst.
Anaesthesia was my next choice if I hadn’t got medicine or paeds.
Don’t let the pain of ‘Leaving a branch mid-way’ come to you.
There will be these ineligibility things also that might trouble you next year.
Take a break and stat again.
It’s all gonna be worth it at the end of the day.
Don’t take md psychiatry as u just said that patients are not “normal” …watevr ur definition of normal is … if dats how u think let someone who is interested in branch take d seat.
