this is the last update about the new application process
** i used their app ( myecfmg ) available on both platforms android and IOS to upload my diploma in original language and a translated version … it is simple and easy and of course no additional charges compared to DHL or any mail service.
on October 8th … after exactly 14 days of payment i received an email from the ECFMG to notify me that they have received my medical education credentials, and they submitted a request to my school to verify it.
2 days after that, another email came out that my medical school have verified my credentials and sent a transcript on my behalf … also that my scheduling permit will be available soon.
today i received my scheduling permit and finally booked a date.
IMO the new process is better than the previous one, you just have to be patient … best of luck to everyone
