Hi everyone! I have been given a revised scheduling permit for my new extension period, but it is the same as my previous one. I can not schedule an appointment in prometric website, as it keeps telling me:
“The eligibility id entered has already been used.”
Is there anything I am doing wrong? Thank you in advance
