Is there anyone who went through second round of Karnataka counselling last year? After submitting documents. I have a few questions and the office isnt picking up at all.
If we gt a seat thru dnb, n not allotd a seat thru kea R2, can we collect bk our originals wthout paying penalty before kea mopup?
If you are not alloted any seat in kea in 2nd round then you can collect the certificates but if you are getting seat in your native state and both kea then if you want to join in your native state you have to pay penalty of 1 lakh only then they will give your documents back
