Hi #<3 You must go to Genycologes, if you have often that simptome.But if you had some stress, you have not regular PMS from ~wather ~folicular cysts, then can you use this 3_4 days till it come , then you Stop and never use them again … And don’t be stressful Life is Short-and hard, get use to it!
Being late for 3 to 4 days is pretty much normal.
