Passmdcn says symptomatic patient wth stenosis more than 70% should b offrd for CEA…nd if asymptomatic patient stenosis is >60% shld also b considrd for CEA
Bt one questn…patient z asymptomatic nd stenosis z 80%.
Ans is only optimazation of medical treatmnt
Though there z an option for internal catotid endartrectomy
Can anybody plzzz explainn
