Hi there… this is regarding getting FY1/FY2 competencies signed…
I have a 2 year gap till internship so I’m certain my full registration won’t come easy! However my year long internship was w/o any gaps. While I’m in Pakistan till before my flight, I figured it’s best to ready paper work beforehand.
When applying for NHS jobs ; I’ll be applying to FY2/SHO posts in General Surgery (trust grade)- during application process when they ask if the candidate has their FY1/FY2 competencies signed, what does one answer to each of the questions ?
Secondly is it advisable that I get the competencies signed right now by a Pakistani consultant who supervised me for 3months during my internship ?
Any quick replies would be appreciated so I can proceed with getting my paper work done, Thanks!
