AIIMS MAY 2017: Pathology Q12

Q-12. A 5-year-old child presented with fever and enlarged neck nodes. On examination, he had a tonsillar enlargement. Mono spot test was negative. Tonsillectomy was done (specimen shown below), which on histopathology revealed large cells. With interspersed lymphocytes, positive for CD-20, MUM-1, EBV-LMPI and CD-79-a while negative for CD-3 and CD-15. What is the likely diagnosis?
