A 27-year old sexually active HIV female

A 27-year old sexually active HIV female presents with complaints of a frothy vaginal discharge, itching around the genitals and dysuria of 3 days duration. She was diagnosed with HIV a year ago and is on HAART. She recently had unprotected sex with a stranger and developed the symptoms a few days later. The physical exam reveals a thin frothy vaginal discharge with an abnormal odor. She has mild tenderness in the lower abdomen. You obtain the vaginal secretions and perform a wet mount which is shown in the image. How will you manage this patient?
