SCC (occurs on face, ears, scalp, forearm, dorsum of hand)
yellowish brown lesion that can uclerate/bleed, raised with everted edge

Kaposi sarcoma
HIV, multiple bluish redish nodules over limb/s

Malignant melanoma
Naevus changes, spreading pigmented lesion, ulceration, bleeding

BCC (90% on the face)
Raised but not everted, rolled border, telengiectasia

Keratoacanthoma
Keratin filled nodule growing over a month, benign course, should be insepcted histologically for assurance
