Somebody here was enquiring about whether those who have taken admission through AI/State this year are eligible to write the coming NEET PG entrance exam.
From what i know, following these counsellings, once admission is done and bond papers signed , any matter relating to pursuing the course or resigning is between candidate and the college/university.
In this regard you may go through the info bulletin of Neet PG 2018. Para 4.8 on Page 19 says that candidates pursuing PG courses either through AI or state and are applying again for a seat under AI or state quota seats may confirm the eligibility conditions of that University in this regard. NBE/MCC/Mohfw shall not be responsible if such candidates are refused for admission. Such candidates may opt for subject and the college at their own risk.
