So, are R2 alloted seats safe? So many questions, only vague answers

Court might cancel this R2 and do new fresh R2 with old rules

I think basically all alotted seats are safe…there are only 2 issues

  1. Seat transfer to states is blocked making extended round 2 a possibility

  2. Those people who were not upgraded and forced to resign can retain their seats as again there might be another round
