Drink plenty of water: Drinking lots of water which dilutes the substances in urine that composes the stones. consume enough water to pass 2 liters of urine every single day, include some citrus fluids, like lemonade and orange juice. The citrate in these fluids helps to avoid stone formation. Getting calcium in your diet should be roughly around 1000mg per day for 50 or higher for men, excess of calcium can cause kidney stones.   2. Medical therapy. Your physician may give you a medicines to help through your kidney stone. This type of medication, known as an alpha blocker, de-stress the muscles in your ureter, helping you avoid the kidney stone more quickly and with less pain.
