Physical finding of brachial cyst asked
25 yr old woman present with a history of painless mass appearing in the neck …exam showed 5 cm fluctuant mass ,smooth in the upper anttriangle of the neck…partly covered by the upper third of the sternomastoid…which 1 of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
A) Hodghkin lymphoma (deep seated and have tuberculous nodes)
B) Thyroglossal duct cyst( move with protrusion of tongue)
C) Brachial cyst(fluctuant,partly covered by sternomastoid.present in ant triangle )
D) Tuberculous lymphadenitis(may show central caseation which is fluctuant)
