A 32 years old male presented with symptomatic cholelithiasis.work up done and posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Operative findings.1.Adhesions at body and infundibulum of GB.2.Adhesiolysis has done 3.Calots triangle is not classical as the cystic duct was larger in size with an impacted stone felt through the instrument 4.posterior window is created and started disconnection of the gallbladder from its hepatic attachment 5. Cystic artery clipped 6.cystic ductotomy done 7.Impacted stone evacuated 7.Cystic duce closed with an extra carporeal knot and intra carporeal suture knot 8.Cystic duct disconnected 9.Thorough saline wash is given 10.Specimen extracted through a glove bag
He got dischared in a day period and no issues post operatively.
