Mikulicz syndrome vs Sjogren syndrom:
1- both have problems with glands = dry eyes and dry mouth
2- both have bilateral enlargement in parotid gland however in mikulicz all salivary glands are enlarged, parotid plus lacrimal gland bilateral enlargement is more common
3-mikulicz is associated with sarcoidosis (hilar lymphoadenopathy on xray while Sjogren is associated with RA and SLE
4- mikulicz present with recurrent fever which is a feature of this disease.
