location: Shadipur (blue line) metro 1 min walk
the newly made dams centre in rajendra place and even bhatia class centre is exactly 10 min from the flat
also there are few superb reading rooms at walking distance
rent is around 8k
locality is truly serene, non congested area, pollution balanced by lush trees around
and a huge personal terrace
1 room set for 1 single girl
(dont come with ur bff boo as there is place for just 1 girl lol)
greatest benefit:
no landlord restriction,
very peaceful corner side flat away from chaos and clutter
there is a library 30 seconds walkh from here
security is +++
cons: Unfurnished
and 5th floor
as i am residing here since 1 year I have a cook and maid hired already, electricity bill excluded from rent
i would be glad if i find a reading partner
