1.Myelobibrosis
2.Secondary maligancy of bone marrow
3.Thalassemia
4.Gaucher disease

exp:

a. Release of immature cells from sites of extramedullary hematopoiesis also contributes to the peripheral blood picture

b. The presence of erythroid & granulocytic precursors in the peripheral blood is termed leukoerythroblastosis.

c. In addition, numerous teardrop erythrocytes (dacryocytes) are observed.

d. Although characteristic of myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia, leukoerythroblastosis and dacryocytes can be observed in many infiltrative disorders of the bone marrow, including granulomatous diseases and metastatic tumours.
