I got upgraded in round 2 and I got a much better seat in state counselling… My documents are BLOCKED in round 1 college and I am unable to join in state counselling now… What should be done to get back my documents… Atleast they should give choice to resign the 1st round seat irrespective of upgradation or not… I would have been in a safe position if I did not report in round 1 college… I would have had my documents in my hands now if I would not have followed the rules and not reported in round 1 college as they got a chance again to appear in round 2… Ultimately those who followed the rules are suffering.
