JIPMER PG Application Form 2018 -
The application form for JIPMER PG January session has been made available by the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry, from September 11 onwards. Candidates can submit the JIPMER PG 2018 Application Form till October 20, 2017. Aspirants will be able to fill the JIPMER PG Application Form in online mode only. The application procedure comprises a total of ten steps starting from registration to taking a printout of the application form. Applicants are also required to upload scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature in JIPMER PG Application Form 2018 as per the given specifications. Moreover, any three preferred exam cities will also have to be selected by them while applying. JIPMER PG 2018 application form for July session will be available from the second week of March, and candidates will be required to submit it before third week of April 2018.

It should be noted that fields marked as * are mandatory to fill.
After successful registration and payment, candidates will receive a unique ID and password. These have to be kept safe for future references.
It is advisable to download a copy of the filled-in JIPMER PG 2018 Application Form, which will consist of candidate’s application number, personal details, scanned photograph, scanned signature and payment details.
No request for a change in details provided in the JIPMER PG 2018 application form will be entertained after the submission of application form.
Any incomplete JIPMER PG 2018 application form or an application form with false details will be rejected.

Step 1 - Registration and filling online application form

Candidates will have to click on the above link to start the registration process.
Step 2 - Filling personal details
Applicants will be required to fill their personal details such as name, sex, age, date of birth and nationality, etc. The details should be corresponding to entry in any standard document issued by government/school/college/university. The date of birth should be same as in 10th standard mark sheet/certificate.
Step 3 - ID proof and category details
During this step of JIPMER PG 2018 registration process, candidates will have to provide their identity proof details. They can use any of the below listed identity proofs -

Step 4 - Qualification details
Candidates will have to provide the information regarding their qualifying examination, internship and medical registration, etc. They will have to enter details about their MCI registration number, university, state medical council, parent’s educational qualification and their annual income, etc.
Step 5 - Contact details
During this stage of online registration of JIPMER PG 2018, applicants will have to furnish their present and permanent address details, email ID, mobile number, etc.
Step 6 - Choice of examination centre
Candidate can choose the exam centre of their choice from any of the 30 cities allotted for JIPMER PG 2018. Exam centres will be allotted to candidates on first-come-first-serve basis from the availability list. The allocation of centre is subject to the payment confirmation. However, JIPMER’s decision regarding the allocation of centre will be final and cannot be challenged at any stage.
Step 7 - Upload scanned signature and photographs
Applicants are required to upload their scanned passport size photograph and signature in jpeg format with size 300 kb. The photograph must be in black and white with a light background, and a placard indicating the name of the candidate and date of taking photograph.
Step 8 - Payment of application fee

Step 9 - Declaration form
It is mandatory to sign the declaration form to complete the registration procedure for JIPMER PG 2018. Candidates have to check all the particulars mentioned in the registration slip and edit the same if necessary. After checking all the fields carefully, they have to click on the ‘Submit’ button.
After final submission, request for rectification of any error committed in the JIPMER PG application form 2018 will not be considered under any circumstance
Step 10 - Login to view and print JIPMER PG 2018 application form
Candidates have to take a printout of registration slip after all the steps of registration process are completed. They are required to click on the ‘submit’ button. The printout of the application form will consist of candidate’s details such as personal information, qualification details and payment.

JIPMER, Puducherry, will conduct JIPMER PG 2018 entrance exam for admissions to MS and MD programmes. It is a national level online entrance exam that is held twice a year in the months of January and July. For JIPMER PG 2018 January session, the entrance exam will be conducted on November 19, 2017, while for July session, the PG medical entrance exam will be held in May 2018. Only those aspirants can apply who hold an MBBS degree and have completed a rotatory internship of 12 months.
