Do v to pay admission fees in college alloted in ist round? Is it refunded if v gt upgraded in 2nd round?
Yes u have to pay… N yes if u get upgraded in 2nd round… They will cut some of it… Rest will be refunded…

they ll give a form in college when u join after 1st round allotment.
After first round if u don’t join the alloted college… Then ur seat will be canceled n u can’t attend round 2…
