Can anyone say whether the seat alotted in AIIMS regular counselling needs to be surrendered in order to be eilgible for open or open counselling can be attended while retaining the seat only???
If anyone has any substantial idea about this matter , please enlighten. I’m getting mixed reviews on this issue.
