As in MOHFW GAZETTE it’s mentioned that if some one opted/ retained anywhere a seat through 2 Nd counseling ( state/ mop up/ deemed/ AIQ) & joined he/ she will not be permissible for further round of counseling . But this word " further " means for the current session or forever ??? It should be asked to clearify supreme court by putting I.A. Application in that supreme court judgement. As :-
1.some of candidates who joined DNB want next year NEET . are they eligible for further counseling next session ?
2. Some of candidates have joined PG diploma . Definitely they have right for MD/ MS/ sec.dnb . But is this “further " counseling word will creat PANIC situation for them ??
3. Is it extended to counseling which don’t use NEET score but candidates are common ? Is such candidates allowed for drop out & move ahead as definitely AIIMS PGI JIPMER are better Institute but for court it’s wastage of seat?
I or we don’t know exactly for how much extension this word " further counseling”. UP state rules are it’s extension for next 3 years . Let’s hope an excellent way of counseling evolve with minimum seat block minimum mop up & minimum mid course drop out. ONE INDIA, ONE MBBS , ONE EXAM ONE COUNSELING, ONE DEGREE PG .
