  1. popliteal vein formed by union of the venue commitantes of anterior and posterior tibial artery receive from small saphenous vein and drain in to femoral vein

  2. superficial inguinal LN ( below inguinal ligament)
    Horizontal; drain below the umbilicus, the perineum, the external genitalia , lower anal canal
    Vertical : superficial lymph from lower limb except lateral calf , lateral foot

  3. deep inguinal LN
    Three in number
    Collect from deep vessels and superficial inguinal LN

  4. politeal LN
    From latera side and back of leg and lateral foot and drain in to DILN

  5. superior and middle conchae formed from ethmoid bone

  6. weakest part in lateral wall of skull is pterion where parietal bone meet with greater wing of sphenoid bone

    Lacrimal , frontal , trochlear, occulomotor, nasocillary , abducent nerves , superior ophthalmic vein
    Foramen Rotundum: V2 of 5th nerve
    Foramen ovale; V3 of 5th nerve , lesser petrosal nerve
    Foramen spinosum : middle meningial Artey
    Foramen lacerum: internal carotid Artey
    Jagular foramen : 9, 10 , 11and sigmoid sinus

  8. mental foramen in mandible transmit
    Inferior alveolar nerve

  9. mouth closed
    Temporalis, medial pterygoid, masseter
    Mouth open
    Diagestric, genio and mylohyoid muscles
    Protrusion
    By lateral pterygoid muscle

  10. platysmus muscles supplied by facial nerve
