Superior meatus; posterior ethmoid sinus
Middle meatus:
Bulla ethmoidalis: middle ethmoid
Hiatus semilunaris: maxillary sinus
Infundibulum ; frontal sinus , anterior ethmoid
Inferior meatus : nasolacrmial duct
Sphenoethmoidal sinus: sphenoidal sinuses
Abduction of vocal cord: posterior cricothyroid
Adduction: lateral cricothroid
Relaxation: throarytenoid
Tensing: cricothyroid
Narrowing : oblique arytenoid
All supplied by recurrent laryngeal nerve except cricothyroid which is supplied by external laryngeal nerve

tympanic plexus
Tympanic branch of glossopharyngeal nerve, sympathetic nerve, communicating branch of facial nerve , it gives origin to lesser petrosal nerve to otic ganglion
Supply the mucous membrane of middle ear. -
stapedius muscle by 7 nerve
Tensor tympani by V3 nerve
