  1. all pharyngeal muscles supplied by pharyngeal plexus except stylopharyngeous which is supplied by glossopharngeal nerve

  2. Superior meatus; posterior ethmoid sinus
    Middle meatus:
    Bulla ethmoidalis: middle ethmoid
    Hiatus semilunaris: maxillary sinus
    Infundibulum ; frontal sinus , anterior ethmoid
    Inferior meatus : nasolacrmial duct
    Sphenoethmoidal sinus: sphenoidal sinuses

Abduction of vocal cord: posterior cricothyroid
Adduction: lateral cricothroid
Relaxation: throarytenoid
Tensing: cricothyroid
Narrowing : oblique arytenoid
All supplied by recurrent laryngeal nerve except cricothyroid which is supplied by external laryngeal nerve

  1. tympanic membrane
    Concave laterally have small depression called umbo
    Nervous supply
    Outer : 5 , 10
    Inner : 9 glosso

  2. tympanic plexus
    Tympanic branch of glossopharyngeal nerve, sympathetic nerve, communicating branch of facial nerve , it gives origin to lesser petrosal nerve to otic ganglion
    Supply the mucous membrane of middle ear.

  3. stapedius muscle by 7 nerve
    Tensor tympani by V3 nerve
