An 18-year-old male presented with vague chest pain

An 18-year-old male presented with vague chest pain, cough, and malaise of 12 weeks duration. He denied any fever, weight loss or history of malignancy in the family. The patient’s thyroid, chest, abdominal and scrotal exam were within normal limits. He had a chest x-ray which revealed a mass in the superior aspect of the chest and this prompted a CT scan (See image below). The radiologist feels that the mass is heterogeneous in composition.
