We have spoken to Mr Arun Kumar, SC lawyer who will be filing a petition for immediate hearing in SC on Monday/Tuesday. Our main aim on Monday will be for SC to grant a stay on Further process of round 2 counselling, and to allow for a fresh round of counselling on the basis of following points
- Merit has been compromised on basis of flawed Round 2
- 50% AIQ has been eroded
- Round 2 should have been conducted only after final date of resignation of AIQ R1 seats.
- Round 2 should be conducted only after state round 1 as per SC guidelines.
The lawyer charges is 2 Lakh for first hearing, and 50 Thousand for each subsequent hearing.
The Case might be admitted and we are looking at around 5 hearing give or take. But we are never sure, could be less or more.
So, need all of you to contribute 2000 rs each and pay lawyer by Sunday afternoon.
