A 6-Month-Old Boy with Gastrointestinal Bleeding and Abdominal Pain

A 6-month-old boy presented with gastrointestinal bleeding and intermittent abdominal pain. Tachycardia and pallor were present. The hemoglobin level was 5.7 g per deciliter, and the hematocrit 17.5%. A diagnosis was made.
