A 45-Year-Old Man with Headache, Fever, and Lymphadenopathy

A 45-year-old man presented with headache, fever, and lymphadenopathy. He had abnormal results on liver-function tests, a normal white-cell count with neutrophil predominance, atypical lymphocytes, mild anemia, and thrombocytopenia. Diagnostic tests were performed.

This case was presented at the Cancer Center Grand Rounds.
