A 21-Year-Old Woman with Fever, Headache, and Myalgias

A 21-year-old woman presented with fevers, headache, and myalgias after returning from travel to Indonesia. She had pulmonary rales, abdominal tenderness, rash, and conjunctival injection. Hypoxemia and acute kidney injury developed. A diagnostic test was performed.
