After discussion of the next steps with the patient and reviewing his family history, he said, “I knew it would be positive as my father had similar neurological disease and he suffered, but no one knows it was HD”. The physician discussed with him that he needs to tell his family as it might affect their life and future pregnancies. He said No, the physician explains the risk of that, he insisted.
