Yoga and Stress Reduction
I have been doing yoga for many years. I love the way it makes me feel and how it stretches and tones muscles. But the thing I have most come to love about the practice of yoga is the meditative quality that causes me to focus on the present moment and coordinate deep even breathing with the movement of my body.
There are many different types of yoga classes and this can be confusing. All movement based is Hatha yoga. Another broad term for a style of yoga is Vinyasa, which refers to Hatha yoga where the practitioner flows from one pose to the next in a sequence.
The stress reducing qualities of yoga appear to be generally accepted in the medical community.
Doctors and medical researchers are doing studies to prove its benefits for specific illnesses.

Yes, Nice information for stress reduction by yoga, Although some practitioners want you to believe that yoga is hard or mysterious, it really isn’t. In fact, like the breathing exercise you just did, you probably have already naturally done some yoga poses without even knowing it! Yoga involves stretching the body and forming different poses while breathing slowly and steadily.

Well as per mine the great thing about yoga in as be compare out with other forms of exercise that it greatly increases the feeling of self-consciousness. In mine personal opinion less likely you are to be influenced by the outside world, which means that external circumstances do not cause the mood to explode..

Mine, and every great thing about yoga is as compared to other forms of exercise, which greatly increased the sense of self-awareness. I personally think that you are not likely to be the outside world, which means that the external environment will not affect the emotional explosion
